The INDIGO NAILS Foundation processes your data on the basis of: a) Art. 6 sec. 1 a GDPR on the basis of consent, if such consent has been granted to us by you (e.g. in the scope of participation in recruitment procedures) b) Art. 6 sec. 1 b GDPR for the purposes of enabling us to take actions at your request related to establishing cooperation with you, and in the case of concluding at least one agreement with you, the data are processed for the purposes of its implementation c) Art. 6 sec. 1 c GDPR in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the INDIGO NAILS Foundation (for accounting and tax purposes) d) Art. 6 sec. 1 f GDPR, for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the INDIGO NAILS Foundation, consisting in: maintaining security, protection against fraud and preventing violations of the law and pursuing claims and resolving disputes between participants, archiving documents and conducting analytical activities.

The period of storing your personal data is in the case of: a) personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract or fulfilling a legal obligation of the INDIGO NAILS Foundation – the term of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims due to the INDIGO NAILS Foundation and in relation to it, and will also be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the INDIGO NAILS Foundation b) personal data processed for the purpose of legally justified interests pursued by the INDIGO NAILS Foundation – until an objection to such processing is filed c) personal data processed on the basis of consent – until its revocation.
